Where Science Meets Scale
Our Kundli facility is engineered for zero-defect production.
We don't just manufacture; we engineer. Our Sonipat, Haryana-based plant combines international manufacturing standards to remove variables from the usual chemical production process.
- Double-Stage Plant System: Our international-grade plant system which differs from the standard single-stage, guarantees 100% separation of byproducts. This produces a purer resin with 99.9% purity.
- Inert Gas Bed Technology: To deliver the "water-clear" clarity of our GP Resins, we use an Inert Gas Bed during the polymerization of our resin. This eliminates oxidation, and results in the best possible optical clarity.
- Process Control: During the chemical reaction, data is collected by Automatic Temperature Recorders (ATR). This eliminates human error and results in batch-to- batch uniformity.

Rigorous testing for extreme industrial performance
At BRP, quality is the core of everything we do. And each batch of Unsaturated Polyester Resin and Engineering Plastic Granule is validated at several points before release for shipment.
- Mechanical Testing: We check tensile strength, impact strength and flexural modulus for our Plastic Granules to ensure they comply with automotive, and electronics safety.
- Chemical Testing: Our chemists track viscosity, gel time and monomer content for all resin batches to ensure your product performs as desired in your molds.
- Traceability: We store batch samples for 12 months to give our customers complete confidence in traceability.
